I find it very difficult to visualize. Can your program still help me?
Believe it or not, I also find it hard or boring to visualize. The “envisioning” aspect is only ONE of the three steps of the training. Your ability to “see” things in your mind will not be an obstacle to your success because it is possible to envision something non-visually!
I really have tried “everything.” What is different about your program that should give me hope?
If you’ve had a lifetime of trying to break through your blocks and you are always left back where you are, it is completely understandable that you would be hesitant to try one more approach. One thing I can be is that you’ve never done THIS before. Another thing is that everyone that I have worked with has found it helpful to one degree or another. These points give you the confidence to try something new for your own benefit.
I don’t live in Los Angeles. Can we still work together?
Yes. With the miracle of web conferencing like Skype, we are able to closely replicate the intimacy of an in-person session.
If I skip a day, do I have to start another 90-day program from that point?
No. The program isn’t that rigid. Things happen and you may need to skip here and there. My suggestion, however, is that if you find that you stop doing the routine for 2 weeks or longer, THEN it would be good to start another 90-day plan when you are ready. If you lose the momentum for 2 weeks or more, it is much better to do a FULL 90 days from that point.
If I start the negative energy release routines and a week later start the affirmations, do I need to re-set the 90-day clock?
No. It takes a while to get into the routine itself, so give yourself one or two weeks to get into full force and you can start the clock from the first day that you begin ANY of the routines.
